March 6, 2026Over the last couple of years, we've had many requests from practitioners who would like to start DBT groups, but simply don't know how. Others have started, but stopped doing it because it's just too complicated.
The South African DBT Institute presents our latest addition to the training schedule: Start and Run DBT Skills Groups. This training is the culmination of many failures, trying again and lessons learnt of running adult and adolescent DBT groups in South Africa.
Why keep doing it? Because it changes (and saves) lives.
If you're currently running a DBT group, maybe tried and failed or considering starting one, join us as we learn, encourage and support one another.
