Engeza Organisational & Business Coaching Training is a new coaching programme designed specifically for psychologists and social workers.
In today’s fast-changing and uncertain world, we either adapt or get left behind. Continual learning is still the best way to prepare for the future. Statistics show that 50% of psychologists in the UK and Australia are also coaches, yet the comparable number in South Africa is 12%. Coaching could open up exciting new opportunities.
The programme, while it has a strong organisational and business coaching approach, will also equip you as a life coach, if that is your aim.
This programme, at 62 hours, provides ALL the coach-specific training hours needed in your path toward becoming an ICF-credentialed coach at the first rung (Associate Certified Coach).
In this context, coaching refers to an individual’s growth and development aligned with their business or organisation’s strategic objectives, as well as the organisation’s objectives for the client.
