The African Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (AfATAP) was formed in late 2019. The association is one of 6 sister associations across the globe promoting the profession of threat assessment and threat management, in respect of targeted violence towards individuals. This includes focus areas of threat assessment and management in the workplace, intimate partner relationships, and the educational environment.
